What happens if support is required when your dedicated IT Support Specialist is not on-site?
Not a problem – unlimited support is included in our IT services contract. 
If possible, we will resolve the issue over email or the phone. If that doesn’t yield an immediate resolution, we take remote control of a user’s computer or a server to resolve the issue. If the issue persists, we go on-site to fix the issue anytime: day or night, weekends, or holidays at no additional cost.
Proper management of an IT infrastructure practically eliminates the threat of unplanned downtime. We consider it our responsibility to prevent system outages. Regardless of when an issue occurs, you will not be billed for after-hours support or at weekend/holiday rates.
