The brown-bag sessions give staff an opportunity to share tips on application usage and watch demonstrations while enjoying lunch.
This service is not meant to take the place of certified training. It’s yet another manifestation of our commitment to our customers, as we’ve never seen an IT outsourcing company include anything similar in a monthly service contract.
